This was done for a school assesment - produce a peice of work in the Cubist style. There's a face, a violin, and the word "serendipity" in there.

awesome colors. i havent used many subdued colors like these. my paintings always end up looking like easter eggs or something. :shrug: anyway. i like the feel of this, although it makes me a little sad :(

Yes, we had a limited pallette, mine still came out a lot less colourful then the rest of the class'. And er, sad is um.. good? Well, a reaction to it is good at least :D

*_* I am in awe. This is such a wonderful piece. I usually do not like cubism very much, but this painting really appeals to me. I must +fav it. :heart:
